Wedding themes are very import aspects of your planning. The theme you choose will determine how to buy your accessories, what type of decoration to go for, what dress to wear and how to organize your reception. The entire event depends on your themes and in many cases will determine what color tone and even fabric to use.
There are many wedding themes to choose from. Broadly you can have traditional, casual or formal themes. Further down you have summer, winter or fall themes. The theme you choose will depend on the personal preferences of the couple, the time of the wedding and maybe budget.
We take a look at common themes and how each one fits a particular purpose.
Summer themes are very common. The principal colors here are red, yellow and pink. Of course, summer wedding themes have bright colors as the distinguishing mark. They are the most preferred theme because then the weather is fair and many people like to go out. It is also the theme that favors beach weddings.
Winter weddings are also popular. They blend with the joyous and Christmas festivities so that couples can take advantage of the already existing decoration at church, restaurants, hotels and ton halls to complement their occasion. Winter themes have silver, white and gold as their main colors.

So we have Italian, Greek or generally Mediterranean wedding themes. A wedding could be formal in which case you have limousine as transportation, a big reception at the town hall, a priest officiating the ceremony and the couple dressing in elegant gowns and suits.
